Charlie Blackmon is one of the most versatile players in the league. He has the speed, power, and average balance that most players envy, but he also has another quality that lots of players would probably want – an absolutely wicked beard.
Of course it wasn’t always like this. In fact, it hasn’t even been like this for the duration of his MLB career. Rockies fans may remember a baby-faced Blackmon taking the field back in 2011. To give their viewers a little bit of a reference, the Rockies’ broadcast gave a year by year rundown of Blackmon’s beard evolution.

He’s only 31 years old, which means the evolution will likely just continue. Especially since he appears to improve each year his beard gets a little longer.
