The Los Angeles Clippers are a team that is trying to find their identity. After a disappointing 2nd round exit from the NBA Bubble a few months ago, reports of turmoil and chemistry issues began to surface here, there, and everywhere.

With most of the team returning for the new season, the basketball world wants to know whether Clippers players will be satisfied.

The Clippers are doing what they can to ensure this, and went as far to apparently buy every member of the team a PlayStation 5 and a brand new pair of headphones.

One of the negative story lines to follow the Clippers around was reports that some players weren’t happy with the preferential treatment of Paul George and Kawhi Leonard. This may be one way of combating that, as it seems like everyone got a gift. Even coach Tyronn Lue!

While the purposes may be for team building, or maybe even simply to show players that they’re valued, a lot of the response from the public was negative. With PS5s in high demand, some Twitter users weren’t so happy to see them thrown around to millionaires who may not even really want or use them.
