If there’s one thing we know about baseball players, it’s that they love to improvise.
So of course, the Chicago Cubs bullpen being the Chicago Cubs bullpen decided to continue their history of having fun by incorporating pickleball into their routine.
Placing the pickleball net into their bullpen, the Cubs have their own court to play on!
Honestly, we’re not sure what takes the cake. This or their make-shift band performance in the bullpen when Ian Happ hit a solo home-run during the NL Wild Card Series last season.
Either way, we’ve absolutely been living for the Cubs relievers mixing in a bit of fun into their hard work!
