On Sunday, a number of teams were eliminated from playoff contention, but the Cleveland Browns were surprisingly not one of those teams. Saturday night, Cleveland beat Denver to keep their slim playoff hopes alive.
Even though they weren't eliminated Sunday, Cleveland's playoff chances still definitely got much slimmer, but somehow they're not out of this just yet and they would need something crazy to happen to actually make the postseason.
Not only do the Browns have to win and out and hope the Ravens, Titans, and Colts lose next week (along with having the Dolphins lose one of their final two games), but if all of that DOES happen, they would need the Colts and Titans to tie in Week 17.
To say any of this happening is extremely unlikely would be a wild understatement, but there's still a chance and that's enough for Cleveland fans at this point.
