The Colorado Avalanche didn’t let a couple of injuries get them down as they’ve won seven of their past 10 games and are one of the hottest teams in the entire league.
With the Avs set to depart for a three-game Eastern Conference road trip, the guys have a few days off at home and they put their free time to good use on Monday afternoon.
Now that we’re in December people are starting to fully embrace the holiday season and are getting into the holiday spirit. One way the Avs like to get into the holiday spirit is by spending time with patients at the local children’s hospital.
The guys spent the day interacting with all the children and made sure to sign autographs for every single person before they departed for the day.
This truly is what it’s all about. Fantastic job by the Avalanche.
