It’s time for one of the greatest sporting events of the year.

The 2021 Little League World Series.

As the Field of Dreams game lived up to its full potential and reminded us just how beautiful and simple baseball is, it’s time to continue giving the sport the recognition it deserves at the youth level.

So with first pitch set to take place this coming Thursday with 16 teams all together competing in the Hank Aaron and Tom Seaver championship divisions, two MLB teams have decided to tap into the fun that the LLWS has to offer.

Both Cleveland and the Los Angeles Angels will be rocking LLWS-inspired uniforms this coming Sunday for the Little League Classic, an annual event since 2017 that sees two MLB teams face off in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, aligning with league efforts to grow baseball amongst youth.

Paying homage to the regions within the competition, Cleveland will be rocking the “Great Lakes” name this weekend, as the Angels will be dropping their Angels name across their chest and going with the “West”.

In addition, both teams will be rocking LLWS-inspired caps, with the team’s state and regional names on the side of the cap.

These jerseys are honestly some of our favourites amongst the various jersey reveals we’ve seen this season.
