Teams have been slowly integrating fans back into their stadiums across a variety of different sports. It must be weird for athletes especially veterans to get into an arena that is usually packed and see no one in the stands. Most teams still don’t allow any and in the arena whatsoever.
This has brought us some weird moments from mascots or just an ominous feeling about the stadiums in general these days, That includes the Anaheim Ducks who still have 0 fans in attendance at their games.
It must be hard for the in arena staff to find fun or creative things to do on the jumbotron with no-one to show it too but that didn’t stop the Ducks staff from throwing up probably the best promotion you’d ever see at a professional sporting event.
It’s too bad no one could take advantage of the deal, oh well maybe next time when the gates are open.
