There’s playoff hockey in Winnipeg and that means one very important thing; It’s the Whiteout baby!!!!

Fans across the city are already donning their whitest clothing and if you didn’t know any better, you would have thought a snowstorm hit the inside of BellMTS Place for Game 1 of their Western Conference series on Wednesday night. But as always is the case, there was one fan that just stuck out among the rest and this dude clearly knew what he was getting himself into when he decided to rock his royal blue St. Louis Blues jersey. Literally every single fan in his section was a Jets fan, so we’ve got to give this guy props for showing some serious, serious guts.

A picture worth a thousand words!

If you thought the scene inside looked nuts, the outside looked just as crazy. Thousands upon thousands came together to cheer on the Jets in downtown Winnipeg and from the looks of it, not many Blues fans could be spotted. IT’S ABSOLUTE MAYHAM IN WINNIPEG!!!!

Surely enough, the Blues fan inside got his wish, as St. Louis managed to come away with a back-breaking 2-1 win thanks to a late third period goal by Tyler Bozak. With the Jets just three games away from elimination, we’re sure ‘The Phone Booth’ will be extra loud for Friday night’s home contest.

The St. Louis #Blues score late to defeat the Winnipeg #Jets and take a 1-0 series lead.
