Lonnie Johnson may have all of two NFL games under his belt, but the Texans rookie is already conducting himself like a pro.

A 14-year-old boy from his hometown of Gary, Indiana tragically died in an accidental drowning, and upon hearing of the story, Johnson offered to pay for the funeral.

"I lost a lot of people close to me, so I know what it's like to be in that position. I've been in that position plenty of times, so I just wanted to help out, anyway I could,” Johnson told reporters.

Johnson was drafted by the Texans early in the second round this year, and especially this early on in the season, he’s hardly drowning in riches, but this is just a classy move by someone who hasn’t forgotten where he came from. You love to see it.
