If you thought you were going to have a calm Sunday evening, then we’re sorry to tell you that in the hockey world it has been everything BUT that.

Though just in case you missed it, here are the trades that have happened thus far.

Nick Foligno to Toronto from Columbus, Stefan Noesen to Toronto from San Jose
This trade was the textbook definition of “starting off with a bang!”
Literally, what is better than a three-way trade to get things moving.
Starting off as the first trade of the day, we saw the Columbus Blue Jackets send Nick Foligno off to the Toronto Maple Leafs as well as Stefan Noesen from the San Jose Sharks.
In return for Foligno, Columbus receives Toronto’s first-round pick in 2021 along with their fourth-round pick in 2022. Additionally, San Jose receives Toronto’s 4th round pick in 2021.
Though things don’t stop just there! Foligno’s contract will be retained 50 percent by Columbus, as San Jose will retain 50 percent of his remaining contract.
David Rittich to Toronto from Calgary
Kyle Dubas was making all of the calls tonight as the Toronto Maple Leafs acquired some goaltending and scooped up David Riitch from the Calgary Flames, In return, the Flames received a third-round pick in 2022 while retaining 50 percent of Rittich’s remaining salary.
Mike Reilly to Boston from Ottawa
Some more Boston action, anyone? Joining the Bruins squad alongside Hall and Lazar is defencemen Mike Reilly. In return, Ottawa will receive a third-round draft pick in 2022.
Braydon Coburn to the New York Islanders from Ottawa
If you thought the Sens were just going to indulge in one trade Sunday evening, then we have some news for you!
The Sens shipped off an additional defenceman, sending Braydon Coburn to the New York Islanders in exchange for a seventh-round draft pick in 2022.
Jeff Carter to Pittsburgh
And lastly, to the point of publication, it has not yet been determined where Jeff Carter will land though we could reportedly see Carter tossing on the black and yellow threads, per Bob McKenzie.
We are so riled up to see what will happen next and where we will possibly see some of our favourite players end up.
