Do you ever see something and just immediately think to yourself “well, that’s a life that I will never know.” We just took a look at LeBron James’ newest mansion in Beverly Hills and had that feeling creep in a bit.
The 13,000 square foot property on 2.5 acres of land is an absolute thing of beauty from what we can see, and it includes a pool house, a tennis court, seven fireplaces, and a screening room.
The property was formally owned by “The Bold and the Beautiful” co-creator Lee Phillip Bell, and was last listed for a massive sum of $39,000,000. We aren’t sure how much James paid for the property, but it likely is close to his other two L.A. property purchases combined. ($23mil and $21mil).
