The talk heading into the NBA Finals surrounding Stephen Curry was about if he would finally win Finals MVP, and through two games, he's the clubhouse leader.

Sunday night, Curry broke the record for most threes in a Finals game with 9 as the Warriors routed the Cavs to take a 2-0 series lead.

It was a Thanos-like outing from Curry and after the game, as per Ramona Shelburne of ESPN and Marc J. Spears of ESPN's 'The Undefeated,' there was an interesting item in Curry's locker that is directly related to the character who stars in 'Avengers: Infinity War':

From Ramona Shelburne:

All we know for sure is that there was an oversized glove in Stephen Curry's locker after he drained an NBA Finals-record nine 3-pointers Sunday night in the Golden State Warriors' 122-103 win over the Cleveland Cavaliers to take a 2-0 lead in the best-of-seven series.

It was much too big for his hand to ever wear. And it was a left-handed glove that made a silly noise when he accidentally knocked it over as he dressed quietly following the game. (Curry, of course, is right-handed.)

"I think it's Thor's," Curry said with a shrug, referring to the Marvel Comics superhero.

From Marc J. Spears:

LeBron James’ dominance and strength as a basketball player has caused NBA fans to compare him to Thanos, a Marvel Comics character with superhuman strength who stars in the hit movie Avengers: Infinity War. Coincidentally, a replica of Thanos’ Infinity Gauntlet glove was sitting inside Stephen Curry’s locker after he nailed an NBA Finals-record nine 3-pointers.

“Oh, that? Someone from TSN gave that to me,” Curry nonchalantly said, referring to Canada’s The Sports Network.

Curry had the Infinity Gauntlet in his locker and that someone that someone from TSN that gave it to him was the one and only Cabral Richards, better known as Cabbie.

Cabbie was in the Bay Area and had the chance to talk to Curry for an upcoming episode of Cabbie Presents, which will air on the late edition of SportsCentre Tuesday.  Here's a sneak peek of what to expect!

After the chat with Steph, Cabbie gave Curry the Infinity Gauntlet glove, the same one that was in his locker after Game 2.

We can't wait to see how much fun he had with the glove on the newest edition of Cabbie Presents, but until then, check out Curry and Cabbie talking it up in Toronto from 2016:
