Sonya Curry is fed up with her son’s profanity.

During the Warriors’ Game 3 thrashing over the Rockets where they outscored them by 41 points, Steph was caught on camera saying some things that no mother should ever hear their son say (okay, we’re being a little hyperbolic here).

On Monday’s off day, Curry was at the podium and was asked about what his mom thought of his performance both with his hands and mouth out on the court.

"She already sent me two home videos, showing me the clip and playing it back," Curry told ESPN. "She was telling me how I need to wash my mouth out, saying to wash it out with soap. It's a message I've heard before."

"She's right. I gotta do better. I can't talk like that."

Watch that mouth, Steph. We know you’re were on fire in Game 3 with the 35 points and it was in the heat of the moment, but what if your daughter Riley heard about that?

Klay Thompson told USA Today that he immediatly thought of her.

"That was funny. I hope Riley didn’t see it, but it got Oracle pretty fired up. That’s a rare occurrence. I’ve never really seen Steph ... use that language, but that’s what the playoffs brings out in you. Don’t do that at home, kids. It’s just once in a while."

If Steph keeps up putting up perofmances like he did on Tuesday night, then he can keep the trash talking going, as long as there’s no swearing. But in the time being, wash the mouth out, Steph.
