When you’re a professional basketball player, it can be pretty easy to make the day of a fan – particularly if their still growing up. Seemingly insignificant gestures, even just a wink or a smile, is something that the youngster will remember for the rest of their life.
Dejounte Murray made the day of a few young ballers when they nervously knocked on his door and asked if he wanted to play a little driveway ball. According to Murray, the kids had been wanting to for two months but hadn’t built up the courage.
Turns out, it was a great idea. Murray happily obliged and showed off his NBA skills with a series of energetic slams.
Some would say no mercy, but we think that’s exactly what the kids would have wanted!
