Baseball and softball players don't get praised enough for their toughness.
It's not easy to stare down a pitch that's coming at you at 100mph and has the chance to hit if you don't get out of the way in a split second. Plus, jumping into or over a wall to make a catch isn't exactly painless.
Baseball and softball players make those catches look routine, though, and they get right back up and ready for the next play, as evidenced in this video:
There's no way not to hesitate just a little in that situation as you get closer and closer to the fence, but Paris Ferguson just laid out to make the incredible grab.
