Smash Mouth slammed Bryce Harper for not choosing the Giants and got shut down with their own lyrics

The band Smash Mouth isn’t afraid to share their sports opinions on Twitter and they even get into it with fans from time to time.

On Wednesday afternoon, the band decided to take out some frustration on Bryce Harper for choosing to sign with the Philadelphia Phillies over their favourite team, the San Francisco Giants, and they did not hold back.

Yo Bryce.......told you not to go to Philly jackass! The @SFGiants fans NEVER boo their own players! You we're lead by $ only so swim in the sea of boos now! How much do you love your agent now?? Worth the taxes you avoided? How's that 45min drive to the stadium?lol @bryceharper3

Bryce Harper hasn’t responded to the tweets from Smash Mouth, and most likely never will, but one fan did chime in with the quite possibly the greatest response of all-time.

While the California based band made some valid points in their rant to Harper, the response from the random fan puts an end to it all.
