Seattle's NHL team is set to debut in the 2021-22 season but few details have been shared about what their future will look like.

Literally.

What will the team be called? What will their colour scheme be? And what will their logo and jersey be like?

Fans have shared their own theories and a recent concept jersey has managed to catch some eyes across the internet. The 'Seattle Kracken' has been a popular name tossed around, so Reddit user Patch3y designed a set of jerseys, along with logos using it. The artist went with purple, blue and white for the main jerseys and added black for the third.

Take a look!

Wait... is that a squid?!

The jersey is slick, but the colours do not match those on NHL Seattle's twitter page (light turquoise and red). Does that even mean anything?! WE JUST WANT TO KNOW ALREADY!!!! The franchise was expected to drop its name in April but postponed the announcement due to the COVID-19 outbreak.

Time will tell what Seattle ultimately goes with but we're sure hockey fans won't mind seeing something like this in the future.
