The San Jose Sharks are one of the best teams in the NHL when it comes to planning promotional giveaway nights. From Chia Pets to Brent Burns Grills Night, they’ve really gone above and beyond when it comes to thinking of new ideas on a yearly basis.
This season, the Sharks have teamed up with multiple local artists for five different promotional nights throughout the season where the team will giveaway shirseys designed entirely by the artists, and they’re all pretty great in their own ways.
For many years now the team has worn and given away Los Tiburones jerseys, but this year’s giveaway collection includes four other designs including one designed by Santa Cruz Skateboards artist Jim Phillips.
