When you think of former NBA star and Hall of Famer Shaquille O’Neal, you think of… all sorts of things. Shaq is everything from a basketball legend, to a hilarious analyst, to a DJ, to a deputy sheriff, to a… you get the point. The man is busy.
Lately his ventures seem to be emerging even quicker, the latest of which coming in the form of a board member for popular pizza restaurant chain Papa John’s.
With a position with a pizza company that has employed athlete ambassadors before – most notably football legend Peyton Manning – the new endeavor comes as relatively unsurprising. We can only imagine how much pizza Shaq can put away. Equally as unsurprising, Shaq had some funny things to say about the new chapter in his life.
To be honest, it sounds like Shaq just came up with that impromptu pizza on the spot, but he likely does have the power to make it happen.
Get ready to be “Shaq-ified”, pizza fans… whatever that means.
