Ryan Reaves is arguably the best fighter in the NHL, but does he rank as one of the all-time greats? Not according to hockeyfights.com.

The website recently released a massive March Madness style bracket with consisting of their greatest fighters ever, and surprisingly, Reaves was left off the list. After discovering the news, he shared a tweet that all hockey fans will likely get behind.

Reaves might not be the best ever but he definitely deserves a spot ahead of at least some names on the list. We get goalie fights are sweet and all, but to stick Chris Osgood ahead of a player with four seasons of 100 or more penalty minutes just seems a bit ridiculous. And Ron Hextall? Come on.

Ryan Reaves would like to hear your WOOOOOOO please 🙋‍♂️

The news is especially shocking when you consider Reeves was just voted the league’s toughest players by his peers this past season. Whether he’s one of the greatest of all time is another question, but he undoubtedly deserved a spot at the very least on this bracket.

Thoughts?
