For a while a lot of the attention was focused on the Legion of Boom but even after that Wilson still hasn’t gotten the credit he deserved. Good thing his teammates have started the Russ for MVP campaign early this year.
Not only that but Russell is the front runner for MVP this season according to OddsShark. Not bad for a former Super Bowl winner. Not only is Russ getting the recognition on the field but also in Madden 21 where he was officially named to the 99 Club.
Wilson joins Aaron Donald, Christian McCaffrey, Michael Thomas, Patrick Mahomes, and Stephon Gilmore as the only 99 rated players in the game. He even flexed his gifted 99 Madden chain on his son Win Wilson. (Yes, that’s his real name)
Also, in case you weren’t aware of how dominant Russell Wilson has been, he holds the record for most wins by an NFL quarterback through seven seasons (75) and is one of two quarterbacks in NFL history with a career passer rating over 100, behind Aaron Rodgers. The guy is GOOD.
