From Antonio Brown to Le’Veon Bell to Ben Roesthlisberger, there’s been a lot of drama surrounding the Pittsburgh Steelers over the past few months. Although Brown and Bell are no longer part of the Steelers organization there’s still drama surrounding the team, especially after Big Ben addressed the feud between himself and the former Steelers wide receiver on Monday.
According to 93.7 The Fan’s Andrew Fillipponi, Roethlisberger admit that he went “too far” when it came to publicly criticizing Brown.
Roethlisberger admit to going too far when with the public criticism and also offered a genuine apology to his former teammate; who tweeted this after getting wind of the comments.
It’s definitely too late for Roethlisberger to issue an apology and clearly Brown agrees. However, fans were quick to call out Brown for his tweet after everything he went through with JuJu Smith-Schuster online.
Unfortunately the Raiders and the Steelers will not meet this season, but there’s still a chance they can meet up in the playoffs.
