It looks like Rob McElhenney, best known for his role as Mac on It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, and Philadelphia Phillies outfielder Bryce Harper have become best friends.
If you’re familiar with Always Sunny¸ you’re aware of Mac’s weird admiration for Chase Utley in the show. Well, the actor welcomed Harper to Philadelphia with some lines he used in a love letter to Utley in one of the episodes and it sparked a new friendship between himself and Philly’s $330 million man.
This is the friendship we didn’t know we needed.
