Rob Gronkowski is one of the most unique NFLers to ever take the field. This uniqueness comes multi-fold, as his mixture of size, speed, and hands make him nearly impossible to cover, while his off-field personality is among the best in the league.
Following the Patriots Super bowl loss to the Philadelphia Eagles last season, Gronk seemed particularly affected. He mentioned a vague statement, alluding to a Patriot fan’s nightmare that he may not be coming back next season.
Obviously this is a hot topic heading into the 2018-19 season, but when asked about it at a racing event on Saturday, Gronk had nothing but jokes to give out.
The hulking tight end has gained a reputation for his playful attitude towards the media. Between this and his affinity with the number 69, Gronk has become somewhat of a… let’s say a lovable frat boy.
