The Cleveland Browns have been a factory of sadness since the 80's, especially at the quarterback position.

RG3 was a member of the Cleveland Browns in 2016 and in Week 16, he saved the Browns from a winless season by leading Cleveland to a 20-17 victory over the Chargers.
