A lot of people within the basketball world made a big deal about the fact the Toronto Raptors wasted an opportunity by letting the Golden State Warriors pick up a win on the road. Well, they proved all of those people wrong by walking into Oakland and taking Game 3 from the Warriors in a big way.
Although the Warriors were without two of their stars in Kevin Durant and Klay Thompson, the Raptors took full advantage of the opportunity and ended up taking a 2-1 series lead. Since not many people were expecting a win from the Raptors on the road during the NBA Finals, Raptors fans were pretty pumped up about the win.
Considering the Raptors have never been to the NBA Finals before and theyβre now two games away from their first title in franchise history, fans have every right to be pumped up right now.
Game 4 goes down Friday night at the Oracle Arena.
