Every sports fan knows who Tom Brady is. Even non-sports fans know who Tom Brady is.
Well now it’s time to meet Tom Grady.
Just like Brady, Tommy Grady is a quarterback from California. He also happens to be the reigning champion of his respective as he led the Albany Empire over the Philadelphia Soul, 45-27, in the ArenaBowl32 this past Sunday night.
The 34-year-old Huntington Beach, California native and former member of the Miami Dolphins finished the night 16 for 25 with 200 yards and five touchdowns to earn the ArenaBowl 32 MVP award. Those weren’t the only pieces of hardware he took home this season, as he also won the AFL MVP.
Considering their names are so similar and they’re both coming off championships – and one league happens to take place while the other one is in its offseason – football fans were quick to fire off the jokes.
Now we just need to get Tom Brady and Tom Grady in the same room.
