Phil Kessel is an Arizona Coyote and his Pennsylvania home won't be serving much purpose anymore. So, the 31-year-old figured it was time to put his beautiful 8,000 square foot mansion on sale.

The home consists of five bedrooms, seven full bathrooms and one half bathroom (jeez Phil, how many bathrooms does one person need?!), home theatre, and beautiful 17 x 14 master bedroom. The whole thing can be yours if… you’re willing to cough up a hefty $2.1 million. But hey, if a home like this were in Toronto or California then that number would probably be a tad bit higher.

Here’s a look:

Can we talk about the single chair sitting in front of the big screen in the theatre? Guess that must be where The Thrill took in film… at least toss in a couple of La-Z-Boys or something?

Kessel initially purchased the home in 2015 for $1.8 million, so he could find himself up a few 100K if the home sells for his asking price. According to realtor.com, the house was built in 2014 and sits on three acres of land in Copper Creek Community. The commute to downtown Pittsburgh is just a 15 minute drive.

Who knows, maybe Phil will give Alex Galchenyuk a shout and see if he has any interest?
