Peter Bondra offers up his guest room to new Capital Zdeno Chara

For the first time in a long time, Zdeno Chara will not be manning the Boston Bruins blue line. The 6’9 veteran signed with the Washington Capitals over the offseason, and his new look is going to take some getting used to.

We saw new teammates Tom Wilson and T.J. Oshie tweet out their hilarious responses to the signing, and now we’ve got another funny one. Capitals icon Peter Bondra responded to the Chara news by offering up his guest room for the fellow Slovak.

That’s a very nice offer, but we just hope Bondra has made the appropriate measurements. Are we absolutely certain that Chara can FIT in his guest room?
