Patrik Laine had an epic response when asked about Columbus' need of goal-scoring

Whether he’s in Winnipeg or Columbus, one thing will always remain certain about Patrik Laine; the guy will always be a character.

You’d think a guy who was just shipped from the organization who drafted him four years earlier would maybe seem a little shaken up in one of his new team’s fans but nahhhh, this is Patty freakin Laine we’re talkin’ about here. The 22-year-old joined Fox Sport’s broadcast at first intermission and wasted absolutely no time leaving a funny impression with fans. Just listen to his response after getting asked about the team’s need for a goal-scorer.

Leave it to Patty to drop a banger like that in his introductory interview with the fans. Incredible. Although he did have a bit of a more serious one moments before where he admitted he was shocked by the trade.
