Kansas City is going to be home, barring something unforeseen, for Mahomes for the entirety of his career and as wild as that $500 million number is, his contract breakdown on a more micro level is even crazier.

Yet, the contract Mahomes signed and how his deal is structured actually gives the Chiefs flexibility to continue to build the dynasty that they're currently building after winning the Super Bowl this past season.
