Back on February 6, 2013, Patrick Mahomes tweeted about how it would feel amazing to be the quarterback who says “I’m going to Disney World” after winning the Super Bowl for their team.
Fast forward nearly seven years to the date and Mahomes got to live out two of his dreams; which were to win the Super Bowl and to announce he’s heading to Disney World moments after the game.
Less than 24 hours after winning his very first Super Bowl, the 24-year-old Super Bowl MVP was at Disney World living his best life and celebrating like a true champion.
Mahomes wasn’t there on his own, though, as he was accompanied by 10-year-old Nathaniel of Austin, Texas, during the parade, and 17 other Make-A-Wish children during his time at Disney World. On top of the celebration, Disney Parks donated $1 million towards Make-A-Wish.
Not a bad way to celebrate your first Super Bowl.
