For months, fans have been submitting videos and voting to try and decide on the best highlight submitted to the Advil Highlight of the Month contest.

Fans across Canada submitted their videos in hopes of winning the $25,000 grand prize. There were a ton of great submissions and the finalists couldn’t have offered a better representation of Canadian highlights. The four finalists were: Dave Fielding’s wakesurfing 1080, Quinn MacDonald’s league-leading dangles, Robbie Andison’s run through the moguls and Patrick Dew’s 540-1260.

You’ve got the Canadian summer highlights with wakeboarding, two skiing highlights for the winter and, of course, the hockey clip which has become a year-long highlight supply for Canadians who never stop skating.

And the winner is…

Good timing for Dew. The voting ended up happening right when all of Canada started staying up until 8:00 am and became massive fans of skiing.

We had to watch that four separate times to fully take in how many spins he pulled off. $25,000 and the honour of Advil Highlight of the Month champ: not a bad day for Dew. Well, it wasn’t a bad day for any of the four finalists. They all went home with $2,500 and an immortalized highlight clip.

Give the other finalists another look – any of them could have won in our minds, so you have three more championship-worthy highlights.
