If you thought Patrick Mahomes forgot about being the 10th player selected in the 2017 NFL draft, think again.

With the 2nd overall pick, the Chicago Bears took Mitchell Trubisky as the first quarterback off the board. From there, Pat Mahomes slid all the way down to the Chiefs at 10, and after throwing a touchdown pass to Travis Kelce, Mahomes reminded the Bears about it.

That’s cold Patrick… Who knows how things would be different for these two franchises if the Bears had selected Mahomes instead. Through the first three years of their NFL careers, Mahomes has proven to be far and away the superior quarterback. I mean, he’s already been named an NFL MVP.

Don’t forget that the Bears actually traded up to get Trubisky! Look away Bears fans. Mahomes could have been your franchise quarterback, and he won’t let you forget about it.
