We’ve seen some pretty cool custom gear on the field before, but this is really taking a theme and sticking to it.
Panthers first round pick Brian Burns is a huge fan of Spiderman, going as far as to use some of Spidey’s poses as sack celebrations, and now he has the face mask to match. This thing is gnarly.
It’s unclear if the NFL will actually allow Burns to wear this mask on the field, but we’d love to see it out there.
Burns has 4.5 sacks and 11 tackles through the first six games of his career. Just imagine being tackled by a guy in a Spiderman mask.
