There’s really nothing better than the atmosphere during the Stanley Cup playoffs, and after the Ottawa Senators beat the New York Rangers 6-5 in overtime to take a 2-0 series lead at the Canadian Tire Centre Saturday, playoff energy was at its peak.
The hero of the game was Jean-Gabriel Pageau, who scored four goals including the overtime winner, and as fans exited the Canadian Tire Centre, the name “Pageau” was echoing the concourse for all to hear.
Incredible playoff moments being captured by a plethora of fans, all chanting the name of their game day hero, gives us chills to watch. It’s a good time to be a Senators fan.
