It’s that time of year, where anyone you might know who happens to be graduating from university this year is posting pictures from their graduating ceremony. Each photo is different, but to be really real, they’re all the same when you’re scrolling down your feed.

Here to break the monotony for you is Jaire Alexander, who was drafted in the first round of last month’s NFL Draft by the Green Bay Packers. The cornerback from Louisville had an inspired twist for his convocation walk-across, unveiling his Packers jersey under his gown:

Way to make your friends, family, fellow students, faculty and not one but two fanbases proud! Seriously, this is an awesome way to graduate. For Alexander, his excitement is evident in his post. Now for what’s next: his NFL career.

The Packers’ cornerback corps looks pretty stacked suddenly, with Alexander joining recent early round picks Kevin King and Josh Jackson as well as elder statesman Tramon Williams, so nothing is expected to come easy for Alexander. Still, most in the draft community raved about the Packers’ decision to pick him, so there should be much to look forward to.
