It’s a tough time for hockey fans after the NHL, along with other major hockey leagues, announced that the league would take a break from playing while the world figures out how to deal with COVID-19.

While the disappointment looms like a dark cloud above the hockey league, some players are trying to spread positivity. Earlier today we saw Sergei Bobrovsky and the Florida Panthers get involved in covering arena worker’s wages that may be affected by the cancellations, and we also saw the Vegas Golden Knights reaching out to fans to wish them well.

In the evening, we saw P.K. Subban and Vladimir Tarasenko follow suit.

It’s tough times in the world right now, so it’s always nice to be reminded that we’re still in this together. Let’s keep those hands washed, people!
