If you follow hockey players on social media like we do, you've probably watched a ton of videos of the best players in the world showing off their insane ability while doing crazy drills to get ready for the upcoming season.
These videos leave us in awe because it's a reminder of not only how hard these players work, but how ridiculously talented they are. In case you needed another reminder, though, check out P.K. Subban's latest workout that shows off his insane balance and stick-handling ability.
We all know hockey players can stick-handle incredibly well on skates on the ice. What helps players like Subban improve, though, is stick-handling on one foot on bubbles that are designed to challenge your balance.
Subban is a big proponent of training with these bubbles and it's easy to see why:
The 29-year-old is coming off of a season in which he scored a career-high 16 goals and came one point away from matching his career-high in points. Clearly he's got his sights set on bigger and better this season.
