As the NHL convenes in San Jose for the All-Star weekend, that means a lot of opportunity for players in town to socialize and have some fun. For some players, maybe that means a dinner with a buddy from across the league and perhaps a side bet on the festivities. But you can bet that if P.K. Subban is up to anything, it’s going to be something big.

The man did not disappoint. Subban hosted the “P.K. Subban All-Star Special” on Friday night, right after the NHL’s All-Star Skills competition ended on NBC Sports Network, and it was incredible. NBC Sports posted the entire video to their YouTube channel, which you can view here.

The guy isn’t just a great hockey player — he can do this too! Subban actually crushes as a late-night host, maybe even enough to think that he could hold down some kind of on-camera role after his playing days. Just as much, and more importantly, he just comes across as a good dude.

A number of guests appeared on the show, including Blue Jackets All-Star Seth Jones, and, as a bit of a surprise, Ty Cornett, the 13-year-old hockey player dealing with racism to whom Subban sent a personal video message earlier this month.

@subbanator sent a 13-year-old hockey fan dealing with racism an inspiring message 👏👏
