Nothing’s set in stone, but there’s a chance we could be seeing Rob Gronkowski on a football field by season’s end.

The 30-year-old made his debut as an analyst for Fox on Thursday night, and one of his comments left fans believing he’ll be making a return to the New England Patriots. Gronk explained how he would have to be “feeling it” for a potential return and that he’ll always “keep the door open”.

Of course, fans had a thing or two to say after.

It doesn’t look like a return would be too difficult either. According to owner Robert Kraft, Gronk hasn’t officially filed his retirement papers. From the sounds of it, Kraft really, really wants his guy back,

The Patriots are 6-0 but think we can all agree that they could still use a little bit of Gronk in the lineup. Time is ticking, dude.
