As much as we (and every other hockey fan) miss hockey, the offseason is a nice escape for the players and the fans.
Summer is the perfect time to get away from the rink and enjoy the great outdoors, but because we all love hockey so much, the sport always seems to slip into our summer activities.
This Oilers fan by the name of Ryan Laird knows exactly what we're talking about as he showed off his incredible puck-handling ability while catching some waves.
It's not October yet, Ryan, but based on that video alone, it seems like you're more than ready for hockey to return (as are we along with most NHL players).
