The Toronto Raptors entered Game 3 against the Boston Celtics in a must-win situation already trailing 2-0 in the series, and they delivered in a massive way.
After jumping out to an early lead in the game, the Celtics fought back and held the lead until the third quarter. The two teams went on to exchange runs the rest of the way, which left the Raptors with the final possession. With less than a second on the clock, they made the most of their final possession and shot.
Raptors fans were probably expecting to see the ball go into Kyle Lowry or Fred VanVleet’s hands for the final shot, but it ended up in OG Anunoby’s hands and he did not disappoint.
The Raptors needed a win in Game 3 and even though it was by one point, it was a massive one!
