Patrik Laine might be the most prolific gamer in the NHL, so he was probably pretty excited to post his new and improved rating and look in NHL 19.
After the post though, it wasn’t his rating that his good friend and teammate Nikolaj Ehlers noticed. It was all about the beard. The beard that become a kind of legend last year has been kept in NHL 19, despite the fact that he has already shaved it this summer. Still, Ehlers got in a nice chirp on Laine’s Instagram post.
Funny enough, on the same day as his rating release, Laine was streaming his first gaming session of Fortnite. He answered questions like who was better between Matthews and Eichel and a lot of other questions.
He’s an elite sniper in basically every game apparently.
