Every basketball player's journey to the NBA was and is unique and difficult, but we imagine the journey was and is inspired by players currently playing and players they grew up watching. Everyone wanted to be the next Michael Jordan, and now everyone wants to be the next LeBron James.
Only an extremely small percentage of players will get the chance to accomplish that goal, but they'll have to endure a journey that has a lot of ups and downs.
Nike perfectly displayed the journey from child with a dream to NBA star in this incredible new commercial they dropped on the opening night of the season that features LeBron and Kevin Durant.

Everything starts with a dream, but it takes hard work, dedication, and failure to eventually realize that dream.
