We know the most wonderful time of the year is vastly approaching, meaning you and your family will be jamming out to some Christmas songs if you celebrate the holiday.
In the National Hockey League, the Christmas break runs from December 24th – 26th, giving them ample time to rock out to some of the most classic Christmas with their dearest friends and family members.
But what songs will they exactly be listening to? Thanks to the NHL’s digital team, we now know some the favourites from Matt Duchene, Max Domi, Bo Horvat, Jonathan Toews, Jamie Benn, Nathan MacKinnon, Auston Matthews, Connor McDavid, Taylor Hall, Nikita Kucherov and many more.
Confirmed: Nathan MacKinnon is the Grinch, and Charlie McAvoy is doing his own Christmas soundtrack when his hockey career is wrapped-up.
Some solid nominees for “Jingle Bell Rock,” “Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree,” and Mariah Carey’s classic “All I Want For Christmas Is You.”
But our personal favourites was seeing that flashback to Vladimir Tarasenko doing the 12-days of Christmas with “eleven English lessons. Or, perhaps Evgeny Kuznetsov referring to “Jingle Bells” as that stupid song because we just love “Jingle Bell Rock” so much.
