One way hockey players like to stay busy during the summer months is by hitting the links whenever it’s possible.
Whether it’s for a charitable cause or just for fun with some buddies you’ll most likely run into at least one professional hockey player on the links over the summer, especially in Ontario. We recently caught up with Anaheim Ducks’ Adam Henrique, Toronto Maple Leafs’ Josh Leivo and Tampa Bay Lightning’s Cory Conacher who gave their golf clubs the ultimate hockey makeover.
That probably won’t help their game at all, but no harm in giving it a shot.
Just last week Detroit Red Wings’ Luke Witkowski showed just how much he’s missing hockey season by turning one of his sticks into a custom fishing rod.
The 2018-19 NHL season will open up on October 3, so we’re less than two months away from hockey season!
