Hockey fans finally got to feast their eyes on the NHL’s new Reverse Retro jerseys, courtesy of Adidas Hockey. Immediately, the new threads for all 31 NHL teams were subject to scrutiny. Some jerseys were met with heavy praise (WE SEE YOU, AVALANCHE), while others were met with heavy criticism (Sorry, Wings fans…).
The Dallas Stars fell somewhere in the middle, but later on more information emerged about what fans can expect from their uniforms. White pants, white gloves, according to Matthew DeFranks.
These aren’t the official uniforms, but they’re concepts designed to show what the actual uniforms may look like. Fans responded to the look with a mixture of reaction, but mostly it seems like they aren’t really that sold.
