At the end of August, Players' Weekend will once again be happening in Major League Baseball.
For those unfamiliar with what the weekend is all about, teams wear specific Players' Weekend uniforms and each player gets to put a nickname of sorts on the back of his jersey. Tuesday, the league officially unveiled the jerseys for the occasion.
Teams also started to reveal the nicknames their players decided on and as it's been in the past, there were a number that stood out, including Canadian Joey Votto's. (H/T: Twitter)
