Toronto Maple Leafs for Mitch Marner just keeps on adding to his acting resume.
The 21-year-old has starred in a number of commercials but none have stood out as much as the ones he’s teamed up with Intact Insurance for. Marner has been an ‘employee’ in a number of ads, and it looks like he received a promotion in the latest one. Turns out Mitchy boy has his own pasta sauce these days… Marnernara sauce. Watch, as he attempts to help his co-worker for an upcoming date.
“I can cook, play videos games, play hockey.” Yeah, sounds about right for a young player in the show. Maybe minus the whole cooking thing though!
Cooking apparently hasn't been the only thing Marner’s been useful for. Got the pre-game jitters? No worries, he’s got his co-workers covered for that, too.
Even his 39-year-old buddy Patty Marleau co-starred in one with him! Turns out both aren’t all that bad at handing out nicknames either.
The partnership started almost a year ago with a commercial about mascots and you better believe teammate Auston Matthews made sure to throw a nice little chirp in about it. It took AM34 less than 15 minutes to leave a comment on the post!
These will never get old.
